I have the following PC Build and looking to upgrade a little. What would be the best to upgrade in your opinion so I can see an improvement?

CPU: Intel Core 17-4790K 4.0 GHZ
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti ROG STRIX OC 11 GB
Ram: 16GB
500 GB Sata
Gigabye Z97X-SLI
ROG PG278Q G-Sync Monitor

Solution
A SSD will be one of the most satisfying upgrades you can make.
Not so much for gaming, but everything else will be quicker.

Or, for desktop work, add a side monitor.
The problem is that the 4790k is getting pretty old, but in performance terms it is still a hard chip to beat. So for those of us who are used to upgrading every few years, it's kinda weird.

Example - any signfigicant upgrade is going to cost a lot - new CPU (high end at that), new motherboard, and new memory. And depending on what you use the computer for, you still may not even notice the difference.

WOW sounds like you already have a kick-azz pc set up and so if you just got money, time, and work to throw around then add water cooling or like others said to upgrade to the newer SSD drives for faster speeds
