What should I upgrade? Or should I get a new computer?

I'm not very tech-savvy.
NOTE: I don't know if all of this information is needed.
I usually play games like H1Z1, CSGO, and now Mortal Kombat X. I have below decent FPS (Not sure on exact numbers) and input lag.

you say the games are playing decent...? those aren't bad specs but I generally upgrade to a "good" system about every 3 years if that helps.

Well.. Not really.. kind of frames freezing but it's not much of a big deal to the point that I can't play.
