CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
Mobo: MSI B350 Tomahawk
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb
GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: Corsair CX-M Series CX550M 550W
Case: NZXT S340
Aftermarket Fans: 2 Corsair ML140 Pro

It's been 2 years since I build this PC and I'm not sure what I should do with it. I have about $350 CAD to spend on this, but I'm not sure what to buy.
I've heard the B350 Tomahawk isn't a great motherboard, should I replace it.
Or should I just upgrade my CPU, I've seen benchmarks where a 1060 with a better CPU is performing better.
I just need help figuring out what I should replace.
The last thing is originally when I built the pc I didn't touch the 2 case fans, and the fans I bought were loud, what would be good fans to buy.

Should I start overclocking?

I have a Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 250gb, WD 250gb SSD, and a 750gb seagate hard drive. I haven't touched the rams speed. I've never overclocked anything
So nothing to change about that. The GTX 1060 your running is more than enough for 1080 60FPS on most games, and possibly can be suited depending on what games you play and the clock speed of the GPU, for 1440p (Again, not guaranteed), I would focus on getting a better CPU instead, perhaps the Ryzen 5 2600 would be better, the same amount of cores, but better architecture (Unless the 1600 you have is the 12nm version) and higher clock speeds. But don't only take it only from me however, keeping reading on what others say.
