Question What should I upgrade to make my pc run games better?

My pc runs most games well reaching very high fps, however when it comes to high end games it just loses all that i can barely manage 30 frames. I'm not that aware of parts so im not sure if I have a certain part thats really out of date or if my whole pc is out of date, any help would be appreciated, cheers. These are the specs:

SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4GHz Quad Core (overclocked to 4.5)

What games struggle to hit 30FPS? What settings/resolution?

A 4790K + 1060 combo should be a ~60FPS experience at Medium/High in the vast majority of titles.

How old is your OS install? Are your drivers up to date?
