What should i upgrade to

My system is:
Mother board : G31TM-P21
GPU: Wanna asked u guys about that
CPU: Intel Celeron E3300 dualcore ~2.5hz (soon gonna be Intel core 2 quad)
PSU: 480W Bronze something ... ( sorry i don't know how to say it )
Monitor: VGA ( yup VGA port ) 1600x900something
Ram: 3 GB of DDR2 ( The Ram Price Tho )
Any recommend On upgrade cause i doesn't have a lot of money I just want to play leagues of legends with my friends or maybe somekind of Java Programming ( Not Possible I know right )
