Components listed below
CPU: AMD 6800k
Mother Board: Gigabyte f2a85xn-wifi (mini itx)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6670 in duel graphics with the 6800k
RAM:8GB G.Skill sniper series 1600MHz

I am just playing games on this at the moment, also I have a mini itx case so the motherboard would need to be to the form factor and preferably have a built in wifi card but that is not needed. I would like it to be somewhat future proof but I am only gaming at 1366x768

$500 is my budget for this upgrade I was thinking about getting a GTX 760 and I don't really want a SSD

Solution
Least expensive route: Get a 2GB GDDR5 HD 7750. It won't require any PSU upgrade and will FLY at 720p. You'll be playing most games at their maximum settings.

If you want to spend more money, go with this PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182132
...and one of these cards: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007709%20600473898&IsNodeId=1&name=Radeon%20R9%20series

But at 720p, you are really not going to gain the benefit of the faster cards, and the APU will become a bottleneck with anything past the R9-270.

Would you happen to know if a 500w PSU would work with the 760? That's what I have currently

Yeah it's the raid max RX-530ss so it's actually a 530w I'm not sure if it has a 12v rail or not I sorta broke the rule of not cheaping out on the PSU when I built the pc
