What should I Upgrade?

Currently i have
Motherboard: Asus Crosshair Formula Z
CPU: Phenom II X4 965
GPU: Power Color HD 6850
Cooler: TPC 812
HDD: 1 TB Seagate, 2 TB WD Green
SSD: 250gb 840 evo
PSU: Seasonic P-760W
Casing: Corsair Air 540
Monitor: Asus VX239H

So what should i upgrade with 20,000 PHP or roughly 400 dollars?
Im thinking if should i wait for Skylake to be release before i upgrade my CPU/Mobo
I know i cant buy a gtx 970 without upgrading my proc as well cause it would bottleneck my processor badly.
So what should i buy?

I don't know if they're available in the Philippines or how much they'd be there.

Is it worth it to go haswell e already and not wait for skylake instead?
