If you managed to install the fx 6300, there would be no difference installing the fx 8350/8320. They use the same socket/motherboard so you DO NOT HAVE TO buy a new motherboard, just use the one you already have.

Best aftermarket coolers are (in my opinion):
Air cooling: Hyper 212 evo
Water cooling: h100i

Absolutely pointless upgrading the 6300 to an 8320.
If you have a motherboard & PSU capable of running an 8 core (you never mentioned full system details) then just buy an aftermarket cooler & overclock your current CPU.

There is NO gaming performance to be gained from going from a 6 core to an 8 core at this present time.
