What should i upgrade?

Hi i just want to know if i should upgrade my RAM or my CPU to get better FPS and a more stable gaming feeling. These are my specs.

(Motherboard) MSI B85M-E45
(CPU) Intel Pentium G3250 @3.2GHz Dual Core
(GPU) MSI GeForce GTX 750 1GB PhysX Cuda
(RAM) Crucial DDR3 1600MHz 4GB
