What should i upgrade?

I have some spare money and want to upgrade my PC, but not sure what I should upgrade, my RAM or GPU

I currently have a Nvidia GTX 750 ti and 8GB of ram.

So should I upgrade to 16GB of RAM or a GTX 950/960?

8GB RAM is enough, most gamers have 8GB RAM. Go for the 970. You currently can't afford it, but when the 1070/1080 comes out the 970 price will drop to about the price of the 960 now since everyone will sell their 970 to buy a 1080/1070.

Strike. Speculation. Lol. It may drop that low, but we can't be sure. It still hasn't dropped at all and we're a couple days from release day. Though, expect the GTX 1060 to be released sometime this year, and perform similar to the GTX 970, for probably sub $300. Choices choices..
