What should i upgrade?

Hello, everyone.

In the past few days i was thinking about upgrading my build but, i'm still not sure what should i upgrade first or even what should i upgrade.

My current build (which was made with the help of people in here. Thank you all again):

Case: Nox One USB 3.0
Mobo: MSI H97M-E35
PSU: XFX Pro 550W Core Edition
SSD: Samsung 850 evo 120gb
HDD: A random green WD 1TB (in need of a black one or another as good)
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3-1600MHz 4GB x2
CPU: I5 4590
GPU: MSI GTX 960 OC 2GB


I'm with a strict budget again -> 370€ (more or less). Portugal prices.

My plan was: Sapphire rx480 nitro 4gb and 16gb ram.

But now i'm in doubt... Should i spend it all on the gpu and get a better one, or maybe upgrade something else?

Main use is 1080p gaming. Some small photo editing but nothing special.

I'm open to suggestions.
