What should I upgrade?

My pc has an FX-4300 Processor, 8 gb of ram, nvidia geforce gtx 960, toshiba DTO1ACA100, aND A GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2. Im not happy with the FPS and stuttering in games like rust and am wondering what i can do to fix it

unfortunately, to see any legit improvement in performance youre going to have to move on from that platform, since pretty much any card stronger than a 960 will be bottlenecked by any cpu you could upgrade to.
