What should i upgrade?

I have problem with fps with games that uses big maps like PUBG. This is what i have atm. My computer is 6 years old. i recently upgraded my graphic card.
This is what i have in my rig.
GTX 1060 6GB
8GB RAM
Intel core i5 4440S CPU @ 2.80GHz (4 CPUs) ~2.8hz.
This is my factory computer ASUS M51AD-NR024S i5-4440S the only thing i have replaced is graphics card and harddrive.

1. Faster CPU. The fastest supported by your motherboard is the I7-4790K, however you will not be able to overclock it with that motherboard.
2. Sell your RAM and get a 2x8 GB KIT.

Best option actually, as you have to get a new mobo for the full benefit of a K CPU, is to save up for a new CPU, Mobo and DDR4 RAM.

For your current system you will need a Z series motherboard to fully benefit a K CPU. However as it is an old platform and if you are going to upgrade both CPU and mobo, you might as well get a new platform, either Intel 8th gen. Coffee Lake or a Ryzen system.
