My pc components are :

Ryzen 3 1300x
Zotac gtx 1050 ti
GIGABYTE B450 DS3H
Corsair 8gb ram (dual channel)
500 gb hdd
120 gb ssd
Corsair vs 450 power supply

What can I upgrade??

power supply, and a larger SSD.
of the listed parts these are the weakest link. larger SSD is faster. that is the lowest quality PSU corsair makes right now.

Or, you can go for the 2600 for more CPU power.
