[SOLVED] what should i upgrade?

in my pc I have a core i5 7400, a gtx 1060 6gb, and 16gb ddr4 ram. I use my pc for gaming and work. I am planning to upgrade my system with a budget of roughly £550. (hardware prices should be similar in the US) I have already planned on a new motherboard anyway because the one I have is really bad.

What should I upgrade and what to?

what games and work specifically? If no need for hyper threading, I will probably just swap out the mb and call it a day.

black ops 4, battlefield V, hitman 2, fortnite and forza horizon 4.

The work does not involve any sort of computing power so this upgrade is mainly for gaming purposes only.

the Ram I think is at 2666 MHz I play in 1080p 75 hz, I have a 256gb ssd installed and a 500 watt evga power supply.
