My Specs:
Mobo: MSI Gaming PRO Carbon AC x470
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x @ 4.15 GHz
GPU: inno3D Geforce GTX 1080ti
CPU Cooling NZXT Kraken X72
PSU: 600W
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance RGB 3200MHz Originally, overclocked to 3400MHz
500GB Samsung EVO SSD
2TB HDD

I already tried 1440p but i didnt liked it so... I have a 24 inch 144hz monitor...My Budget is like 350€ and i live in germany

You have a top of the line system. There is no need to upgrade. Not sure why you did not like 1440p as your GPU is definitely strong enough to push it. But other than a better monitor, there is nothing you can do to increase performance with $350.

Wait till summer and see how the Zen 2 CPUs perform.

If you really need an upgrade in gaming performance and money is no object, an RTX 2080 Ti would be a good choice. By saying your power supply is 600W I'd suggest upgrading it if it's a low quality unit especially with all of your high end consumer hardware.

The best upgrade for gaming would probably be to either a 2080 ti or a 9700k. Personally I'd go with the 9700k because at lower resolutions the CPU is the bottleneck, especially with a 1080 ti, which does not struggle at low resolutions.
