Power Supply: Corsair CX (2017)...
Honestly the whole system is dated. I would recommend a whole new build. If thats something you would be interested in put down a budget and what country you are located in and myself or someone else can help you with a parts lists.

Otherwise upgrading what you have will require some used part shopping.

4GB of RAM is not enough, so def upgrade that. DDR3 RAM should be fairly cheap on the used market so start there.

For your CPU please list the exact model you have alonf with your motherboard.

GPU you could go with something like a GTX 750ti or GTX 950/960

Your PSU is an issue, 430 watts is not alot and the CX you have, the one with the green text was a pretty bad unit so if you get any sort of powerful GPU youll need a new better power supply.

You are short of RAM to play almost anything, especially on Win10, but, I'd not want to sink more money into it, frankly...

There are excellent combo deals on R5-2600 or 1600AF CPUs bundled with B450 mainboards, but, as you need a new DDR4 RAM kit, GPU and PSU as well, you are pretty much looking at replacing everything... (You might fare better selling the existing unit as is with Linux Mint installed as a 'secure shopping/web surfing/video watching computer', etc. I sold an old I3-21xx-based Dell so advertised within 30 minutes of being advertised)

And here is how to get Windows 10 cheap https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/get-windows-10-free-or-cheap,5717.html
thanks so much my man !

thanks so much my man !

Yup. The Ryzen 1600AF is essentially a Ryzen2600 only slightly slower but at 85 bucks its an incredible CPU and good for the 1660 Super. I had to link it separately since PCPartpicker for whatever reason doesn't list it.

If you want to come down alittle in your budget just replace the GTX 1660 Super with a GTX 1650 Super, its less powerful but is good for 1080P 60FPS gaming, the 1660 Super would be more suited for 1080P 144hz, or maybe some 1440P 60FPs games.

and what what should i do about speakers

Buy a headset lol

Logitech G432, Corsair Void Wired, Redragon H510, SteelSeries Arctis 1 are good surround sound headsets around the 50 USD mark.

If you want something cheaper and you don't care about surround sound then the stereo Logitech G332 are around 25-40 USD depending on sale.

Now saying this there are cheaper options from random Chinese brands, and some are quite good but youll have to check out reviews on those, just search for "Gaming" or "Computer" Headsets on Amaazon.

Of course you can always look on eBay and Facebook mMrketplace as well and see if anyone is selling headsets.
