Question What should i upgrade?

May 29, 2018
I have saved up some money and i wonder what i should upgrade in my computer?

Current pc specs:
MSI b450 Tomahawk max
Ryzen 5 3600
Zotac Gtx 1660 ti twin fan
Corsair Vengeance Lpx 2x8 GB 2400MHz DDR4
Corsair CX550 PSU

I want to buy a new corsair kit with 3600mhz but im insecure. Come with recommendations please.
Thanks in advance!
In what way is your current setup not doing the job?
What is your budget?
Try this test:
Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
This makes the graphics card loaf a bit.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

If you are cpu limited, going to 3600 ram speed can help.

A ssd upgrade will be one of the most satisfying upgrades.
Not so much for gaming, but everything will be so much quicker.
How much of your 4tb HDD is actually used?
If you buy a samsung ssd with sufficient capacity, the samsung ssd migration app will easily move your windows C drive.

You can buy a 1tb samsung QVO for $110 or so.
Or, a 1tb samsung 970 evo m.2 pcie drive will be $180.

Are you happy with your monitor?
