What should I upgrade?

Hi everybody. I'm wondering if there's any one component I can upgrade to get more juice out of my 3-yr-old system. I realize that a completely new system might be in order pretty soon, but right now I can't afford it. It would be nice to make it run a little zippier and get a higher framerate on TF2. Any ideas?

OS: Windows XP Home, SP 3
MoBo: Asus P4S8X-MX, Socket 478
CPU: 3.0 GHz Pentium 4
RAM: 1 Gb (2x512mb) DDR PC3200
Graphic: Sapphire ATi Radeon 9800 Pro 256mb AGP w/ aftermarket heatsink
Main HD: Western Digital Caviar SE 160GB UDMA/100 7200RPM 8MB IDE
2nd HD: Barracuda 7200.10 SATA 3.0Gb/s 250-GB Hard Drive

Not worth it to spend on updates for your computer .

Save and buy a cpu/mb/ram/gfx update some time in the future .

Oceanian: I was thinking about more memory (max I can get is 2x1G), but because it's old it would cost almost $100 to get it. Do you think the performance boost is worth that?
About the video card: I have a solid 500W PSU, would that be enough to power it? I'm also concerned that my P4 would bottleneck a higher-end card.

I can see Outlander's point, though. If the whole thing won't sell for more than $200, it seems pointless to sink $100-200 into it.
