What should my GPU voltage be?

Hello! I was wondering that should my GPU voltage be at 0 when playing for example Player Unknown Battle Grounds?

And my fans are at 30% but I have kept them at auto mode

My GPU is Asus dual Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
