What should my next PC upgrade be?

Hey guys, been doing plenty of upgrades to my PC, I started off with just a Pentium G3258 and 750TI and oh how horrible that was... So decided to get a few things to which is now my current build listed:

CPU: I5-4670K 3.2GHZ OC'able to 4.8 (haven't)
Cooler: CM Hyper D92
GPU: Gigabyte WindForce GTX 780 3GB OC Edition
HDD: 1TB 7200RPM Western Digital Blue
RAM: 2X4GB Kingston HyperX Fury Black @1866MHZ
Motherboard: AsRock H81M-DGS
Case: Corsair Carbide 100R Silent Edition (Already upgrading)

I've considered upgrading pretty much everything but want to know the order of importance, the things I've most heavily considered are:
1. 8GB -> 16GB RAM
2. Removing hard drive and buying 1 or 2 500GB samsung 850 evo's replacing it, can grab a 500GB 850 EVO or a lower tier 750 EVO for $189-219 dollars
3. Doing a 780 -> 980 upgrade (Have a local PC reseller in my area who does trade ins and I can grab one off him with my 780 + $200 or less, he does very good deals)
4. Getting a watercooling all in one to prevent thermal bottlenecking (Friend always says that my temps aren't safe even though I have a pretty good air cooler)

Things that are manditory are getting a MITX motherboard soon, as I am getting a new BitFenix Phenom MINI itx case, but that doesn't matter, just want your own opinions on what I should prioritise as I know alot of these are important. It would be really helpful if you could explain how all of these upgrades could benefit or be a waste of money too.

You really need a Z97 motherboard if you ever want to overclock your i5. You shouldn't need a water cooler. I never recommend paying too much for a cpu cooler. I probably wouldn't bother upgrading the RAM. I mean if you're going to upgrade the motherboard AND RAM you may as well get a whole new platform and go 6th gen Intel + DDR4 RAM. I would also rather have a GTX1060 than a GTX980. Your card + $200 for a 980 does not seem like a very good deal.

Alright cool, what do you think about an SSD? Next upgrade has to be the MITX 1150 motherboard (So I'll go with the Gigabyte GA-Z97N or the Asus H97iPlus) I don't see the use in upgrading to 6th gen Intel as no games require it today, but maybe in a couple years time, as for the card I also have the option of upgrading to a 780 TI or a 970, so a smaller upgrade but I only have to give my card + $80-100, which is a better option?
