what should the rest of my computer components be in preparation to add the GTX 1180?

/side question: is the gtx 1180 going to be the best GPU to buy this year?
i'd rather have the best value than the literal best components, and overall a computer that can handle upcoming games on high settings. can anybody very knowledgeable help with this please? my budget is high since i can save about $100-200 every 2 weeks, and currently have $650 saved up.

Its more reasonable for you to wait for the card to be released. A Lot of price changes by then...
