What site should I use to determine?

Hello,

I would like to know what graphic cards are compatible with my motherboard which is a Asus Crosshair IV Formula. Or if you could point me in the direction of a website that will help me select say the series, the memory amount and all that good stuff. Thanks for any help.

That board supports Crossfire. So any ATI card will work. Doesn't seem to support SLI so no Nvidia cards for you. Well I think you can only run 1 Nvidia card(don't quote me though). Im not to sure on the compatibility with AMD motherboards with Nvidia products. I think you can only run 1 Nvidia card and SLI is out of the question.

Your board will support any single PCI-e video card no matter the brand, but will only support ATI if you want to use more than one (SLI = multiple NVidia card, XFire = multiple ATI cards).

Oh and if you want the full specifications for the board, check the manufacturer's website.

I see it is easier to just ask instead of actually looking up info for yourself. If you have a specific manufacturer related question - at least try to figure it out by yourself. mrkeith, Zenthar - too kind & patient.
