What size APC battery backup do I need.

Hey all. Newbie to the whole battery backup thing. Just curious if anybody could recommend a suitable model for me. Im just running a desktop with a 300 watt power supply , a 21 inch monitor and a router. I see they get pretty expensive so I dont want to overdo it. Thanks for any help!

Only $150 but I run a Dell 2950 server with 2x10k SAS drives and 4x7200 SAS drives, two dual-cores, and redundant PSUs, and I get 15 minutes out of it. Great UPS for the money!
