What size hosing will best fit 1/2" barb fittings?

I am replacing my water cooling hosing and am not sure about the size. The original came in a kit, and the manufacturer doesn't give me the information on what it used. I would measure, but the old hose rubber is mostly distorted.
Fitting: G1/4 thread & 1/2" barb
I need to know what hosing best fits this barb size.

Thanks for the link. It has the chart of hosing size to barb size, that's exactly what I was looking for.
