What sized screws are used for installing motherboards?

I've lost some screws (the ones that attach the motherboard to the standoffs). So it looks like I'm going to need to buy some more as I'm currently upgrading to a Ryzen 2700X from an i7 6700k. Meaning a new motherboards due. I need to know the size of the screws used to screw the motherboard to the standoffs so I can buy some more.

What case are you dealing with? The screw threading for the inside of the standoffs on some CoolerMaster cases are M3. The same can be said for EVGA's Hadron case. Other cases work with 6-32 of shorter length. Which is why I asked what case are you working with?

The case I'm using is an NZXT Phantom 530
