What slot SLI should I get?

I'm "Creating" a new PC With 2 Zotac Amp Extreme 1080 Ti's and I'm getting an Asus - Strix Z270 E Gaming... And the Zotac GPU takes up a 2.5 bay, and I don't know what SLI bridge that supports.

I tried to see if it was 0 (Though Not Likely), 1 Slot, and etc. and I don't know because the motherboard nor the GPU has any information about the SLI needs?

Any Idea?

The motherboard comes with 1 HB SLI bridge for the 2 reinforced PCIE slots. Just measure it if you want to get a different one.
The 3rd slot is PCIE 4x and does not support SLI.

The actual problem is that I don't have it yet so I can't measure it, I'm just getting them together and I need to see what's compatible...
