Although the price difference is $200, but in my opinion, you should choose the UPS best suited to your needs. I Would highly recommend that you should get exactly the UPS unit you require with the features you want.

I have a similar setup and use 3 UPSs, one 1500 VA UPS for the computer, another smaller one for the monitors, and third one for modem / router / switch, gives me about 15 minutes of run time when the power goes out.

With 2 monitors, computer and all network equipment plugged into 1 1500 VA ups you are looking at very little up time, not even a few minutes.
