I have a pga 989 cpu CORE I3 370M Was Decideing to upgrade to i7-3632QM But dont know if it is compatable the i7-3632QM is a g2 socket but i dont know if my socket is a g2 or g1
You're not going to be able to do this upgrade, you have to either buy a new laptop or find a motherboard with an i7 from a newer model that fits in your chassis. Buying a new laptop is the obvious choice here.

Do you know how to solder ~800 sub-millimeter pins with no clearance? If you do be my guest haha. You need an almost $10,000 machine to mount BGA chips and solder them like in this video.
where you can put your cpu in and it is as easy as that it is not solderd but...
My Laptop socket is exactally like a pc motherboard socket you unscrew the heatsink than the cpu is right there loose than you just take out the cpu and put the new one in than screw the heatsink back in and you are good to go
The socket matters less with these than the chipset, which updates with every new generation. Your current processor is 1st gen and the one you want to replace it with is 3rd gen, they're just not compatible. You might be able to replace it with a 1st gen i7 but idk if it's worth the effort or cost.
is a extra 10watts to my power brick ok to do? and do does cpu have intergrated graphis better than a i3 370m and or is an extra 20watts to power brick is ok?
