What software to use to measure GPU Voltage?

I am having major issues with my Gtx 680 which I explain in this post:

I was thinking about it and I need to measure my voltage usage for my 680 to make sure it is no having any spikes that could be damaging my card.

So what software would people recommend for measuring voltage usage of a GPU?

Use SpeedFan or AfterBurner.

MSI Afterburner would be my recommendation.

The freeware utility GPU-Z will also show you the GPU voltage on its Sensors tab page.
