Question What software use to chat with advanced group management?

Hi,
I am looking for free communicator but with advanced group management. What i mean.
I want to create group where member will see only his own post and mine (as admin), they will not know who is a part of group or not. I would appreciate any suggestion

RocketChat can do that, if i'm not mistaken. But on a global basis, like, nobody except admin can see other members.

It being opensource you can add any functianality yourself, hire a programmer for this one time job, thus having an application tailored to your needs.

I very much doubt there is an applications with all those extras you want, especially free.
