what games can i run and in what fps and settings

Nothing too modern unless you play on a very low resolution. 4gb isnt great, and the 430 is a garbage video card for gaming.

Sorry, not trying to be a jerk, but the 430 isnt really a gaming card. Its more of an entry level HTPC, very light gaming video card. I used them in some mini PCs I build and they were really disappointing. Some things run ok at very low resolutions. But thats about it, if you are happy with its performance, then try some games you think youd like to play.
