What sort of PSU is needed for an IMB-157L?

Hello, I purchased a ASRock IMB-157L MoBo (mini ITX.) Its sales page said it took an ATX power supply but that appears to be wrong. Does anyone know what I need to purchase to convert an ATX power supply to this board or what sort of PSU I should be purchasing? The Jumper and Headers guide shows the power as a 4 pin (but not the 2 rows of 2 pins you expect for a CPU power cord, its more like a 4 pin floppy connector.)

From the motherboard manual, it looks like it is powered by a laptop style power supply. There is a DC port on the back panel to connect a power supply to.
