Does the point you've mentioned/marked up go away on certain colors(apart from black)? You might want to see if using a mild soapy solution and a tissue to wipe that portion of the screen, in case it's dirt/or someone's dried up snot(I kid you not, people sneeze right at their screens).

No, it doesn't totally go away on any color other than black. I'm sure it's not dirt on the outer surface of the screen. I tried cleaning it as you said and it didn't change anything. Also, I think this information is important, it's a brand new laptop.
