What specs do I need for my microsoft surface pro 4

I am just wondering what specs I need for my surface pro 4. I live in the netherlands and everything is pretty expensive here. I need to keep this laptop for 3 years and not have it slow down. I will be using sketch up, and photo/video editing programs for fun. But mostly I will be using it for notes during class using the surface pen and the keyboard. Im on a tight budget and therefore want to save every euro I can. Thank You

i would go for Microsoft Surface Pro 4 - 128GB / Intel Core i5. i have a core m3 and it works fine with photoshop and it has a good processor. The space should be enough or you can upgrade to the 256GB / i5.
