Hello

I am going to build a 5820K or Skylake system for graphic design, 3D design/rendering and movie editing.

What speed DDR4 ram is good for this?

Are you OCing the CPU? Sort of regardless, I'd look to 2666-2800, with your CPU they should be vvery stable, which is what you want and provide good speed. If those are your primary purposes for the rig, I'd go 32GB in a 4x8GB config, take a look at the GSkill RipJaws 4, great sticks for X99 ;)
