[SOLVED] what speed is my memory running at

i have corsair vengeace LED 3000mhz when i go into cpu-z it says 1468 mhz NB frequency but when i go to SPD it says Max Bandwith DDR4-2132 (1033)mhz and in the task manager it says 1468 mhz, what speed is my ram actually running at?
i have 2x8 3000mhz sticks corsair vengeance red led

It's running at 3000mhz. DDR (Double Data Rate) so 1468x2=2936 (close enough to 3000).

The SPD tab shows the base, JEDEC standard.
The "Memory" tab of CPU-Z will show your accurate speeds.

DDR = double data rate.
So, you see 1468MHz x2 (DDR) - ~2936MHz, so 3000MHz.

your ram is running at 1468MHz real frequency / 2936MHz effective frequency

2133 is jedec frequency (non xmp), your ram isnt running it right now
