What speed RAM should I choose for my gaming/music production pc?

I will be using a 5820k with a MSI X99A SLI KRAIT EDITION motherboard. I want to get 32 gigs of RAM for all of the software synths and plugins I will be using to produce music. I assume that I want to get 4 x 8GB, but I don't know what speed I should choose and why.

Don't worry too much about speed, quad channel more than makes up for it in games, and music is generally single threaded and not that demanding on memory.
