What SSD is compatible to asus H81M-E motherboard

Just want to ask what are the requirements needed to buy ssd? I have H81M-E motherboard. and what are sata versions? does it affect the performance and compatibility of SSD?

Any of them. Then system sees an SSD as just another hard drive. It is just way, way faster.
