what ssd is good

im looking for a m.2cssd, but i dont know what one, the cheaper m.2 have 500mbs for reading and writing but the more expensive have higher write and readig speeds but i dont know if its worth the price

As you have noticed, not all M.2 SSDs have higher speeds, so slower ones have somewhat limited uses. Maybe if you don't have enough SATA connectors or if you are packing everything in very small package, otherwise their main use would be for laptops and notebooks.
I have 250GB Samsung 960 Evo and it's incredible (on paper) speed is not very visible in normal work conditions. For that money you could buy an ordinary SATA SSD of almost double size.
