Hello, I have about 5 startup programs set to launch at boot. are all of these necessary?

Java updater
Microsoft onenote quicklaunch
nvidia capture server proxy
Nvidia Geforce experience
Realtek HD audio Manager

are all of these needed or do i need to add more?
Thanks, Ryan

Programs that are needed for your computer operation (like Realtek HD audio manager - this is for your sound card) and/or needed to support your software (Microsoft Onenote Quicklaunch is for your Onenote app). As you install programs and/or hardware, this may increase - as you remove items, it will decrease.

so if i dont have the gpu software or audio software(onboard audio) launch at startup, will i need to launch them automatically or how does that work?

The hd audio manager is not necessary and is an extra audio manager. You can turn it off and still have realtek work just fine. The driver is still loaded, just not this extra manager. I don't like extra icons so have mine off. Oddly enough even the extra settings you can change from there are still enabled/disabled with it off. The nvidia stuff is for shadowplay, which you can load later, same goes for geforce experience. These have nothing to do with the gpu working properly. This is extra software and imo geforce experience is completely useless and I didn't even install it with my nvidia. Even onenote will still launch without that process, that is just the quick launch.

All of those processes are not needed to use those software (or hardware) and can be started later if needed.
