What store sells this? I've checked the best buy site, the circuit city site and the staples site. What store sells this. I'm in nyc. And if there is no sore what website has the best price for it?

Probably no stores carry this card (except maybe walmart, or mom and pop shops) you are still better off buying online. However for a little more than the price of the card you could get a new: Motherboard, CPU, Video card, and RAM. But here are some links for the card.

I don't know of any retail stores that regularly stock the HD3850 AGP, your best bet would be to find a local small computer store or retail store and talk to the manager about special ordering one for you. Check the prices at newegg or tigerdirect so you know what a decent price is. I've seen graphic cards that sell for $40 on newegg selling for almost $200 at Bestbuy.
