Question What streaming encoder should I use for my specs?

I wanna stream Fall Guys and I got the following specs :-
16GB Ram DDR4 @3000mhz
AMD RYZEN 5 3500
128GB SSD
1TB HDD
ASUS Cerberus GTX 1050 TI OC

I'm thinking of using OBS with x264 since my processor is way powerful than my gpu. My upload speed is around 15mbps, I tried a test stream and I don't see any dropped frames in OBS but in stream, it kind of lags sometimes but sometimes it gets stable. Can anyone help me with this?
