A quality 550 would be more then enough. The only reason i would suggest upgrading from what you have is because the VS series quality is quite low. I would stick to tier 2 or better https://www.gamingscan.com/psu-hierarchy/


Newegg has Corsair TX550M for 69.99 after a 20 dollar rebate. Its an excellent PSU.

its an older unit but tried and true. the lowest price good unit I could find on the site

the CX-550M is a good unit too, newer platform than the seasonic M12II, same warranty length.

if you can afford it the longer warranty and higher efficiency may be worth it to you

Overall quality is usually the difference , but not always. The CX650 I posted is very good for the price.

that is the lowest quality PSU (VS series) in the corsair lineup. the orange label are the older VS series which are no better. if it is out of its rather short warranty I would replace it.

that seem to be the concensus. I suggest the seasonic focus gold I linked to above. it has a long warranty (decade) so you should not need to buy another for a long while. the CX-650 has a 5 year warranty and is nearly the same price
