What system do I want?

Hello everyone!

I'm new to building computers, in fact, I have yet to actually build one. I was hoping to build my first, but I need a lot of help in finding the parts. Basically this is what I want: The most cost effective system that will run Flight Simulator X at ultra high settings (it's pretty demanding). I have already looked up some parts, but I would rather get some feedback from people who know what they are doing.

BUDGET RANGE: As cheap as possible

SYSTEM USAGE: If it can run MS Flight Sim X at ultra high without lag, it's fine.

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Keyboard, monitor, sound system (optional, if you know of a nice one that isn't too pricey, I'll take it"

OVERCLOCKING: I'd rather not, but I really don't care

SLI OR CROSSFIRE:

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1440x900

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: If it was quiet that would be nice.
