[SOLVED] What technologies for the best performance? Why my Cpu slows down?

I have a laptop with an i7-7700HQ processor (4 cores, 8 logic processors) and when I play games it slows down to about 1.3GHz. Which tachnologies should I turn on and which turn off (intel sgx, speed step, c-states, speed shift) turbo boost should probably be turned on. Temperatures are max. 83 ℃. you might try Intel's XTU, and, lowering clock speeds achieved on all-core loadings ( 4 cores) by ~100 MHz at a time until temps stop hitting a point which might induce throttling....(i.e, perhaps it is better to sustain only 3.0 GHz than hit 3.5 GHz, overheat, and potentially dropping/throttling to 1.3 GHz)
