[SOLVED] What temp is more important Maximum or Average

While i'm gaming, my ryzen 5 3600 the maximum temp is 75c at 4.2mhz but the average is 55c in hwinfo64.

i want to know if i could push the boost override to 200 following the average temp.

Both are important. Generally speaking you don't want any one single core to go over 90C. But overall for long term health you don't want a sustained average over 80C.
