That will depend on a lot of things from your case cooling set up and which card you have with which cooler option right down to the ambient room temperature where the PC is being used.
Generally (give or take 5 degrees i would say 30 for idle and around 80 for loaded.

this is my card....
and i have 3 80mm fan and corsair cx430 v2 psu... in my pc...
room temp. is avg 28-30c

40ish idle and 80ish under load would be my guess.

No one will be able to tell you exactly what to expect for the reasons i have already posted. As long as you are around teh temps i posted it will be fine.
