What the best 240mm closed loop cooler?

I'm looking for a closed loop cooler as im tired of an air cooler. I have a http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-case-vp300a1w2n That can fit 240mm rad.

What will be my best options.

I personally like the h100i, great cooler, just if noise is a problem you'll have to get quieter fans for it.

Corsair H105 strikes the performance/noise ratio just fine IMO, same cooling as H100i, noise levels close to H110 (which's good).
