I looked at the top of case and i'm wondering, is the top a 240mm or 280 mmr fan? Or is it a triple fan setup?

according to spec sheet
Front: (x2) 120/140mm
Top: (x3) 120mm or (x2) 140mm
Rear: 120/140mm
Bottom: (x2) 120mm
